James Weiss

James Weiss is an experienced legal generalist with a strong background in employment law, having initially specialized in this area at Martin Shudt in Troy. He now serves as General Counsel for RWS Global LLC, an international production company, where he leads a global legal team. James is deeply committed to the Capitol Region and workforce development, which has driven his involvement in the Connect Center. In his role on the board, he focuses on helping local youth access resources and pathways to career opportunities.
